Limiting the Unlimited (March 2007)

There is an idea that I have been incubating on for some time and today it all just came together in my mind.

I have worked with very many extremely wealthy people over the years, and the one thing I saw most of them had in common was that, they had created a very serious problem/problems almost as if to counterbalance all the good they had in their lives. I’ve seen this so often that I really thought: “If you have a lot of money then you will have serious health problems.” But what I noticed with this is the problems they had, they were creating. They literally were pulling these problems out of thin air. The more I tried to point out to them that they did not need to have the problem, the more resistant they were.

Then I heard one highly evolved private client say to me: “Joni, I had so much money that I invented health problems because I thought I just had too much good. Why should I have so much more than everybody else?” Do you realize what happens when we really speak the truth? As Joel Osteen says: “You give the Enemy no foothold.”

Holy Smokes did the light bulb go on!!! I realized that in my own life, with my family and cultural background, I used to think: “I have way too much good. I will invent and obsess over some problem to try to be more like others. I have way too much health, especially at my age; maybe I need to give a little back in order to balance the score.” Or “I have so much health, I don’t deserve too much wealth, too much romantic perfection, etc.” in other words, it’s not a good idea to outpace everyone. I remembered being born perfect and then trying to screw up the works to fit in.

I wonder if any of you reading this can relate to this. I feel it’s an epiphany. “When I am healed, I am not healed alone” is one of the lessons in A Course In Miracles. So when that client told me his realization, I saw it as my own and perhaps all of ours. There is a collective belief in limitation. But God does not limit us. We do!!! There is no where in spiritual law, or the Bible that says, “Please only take a portion of your good. There’s not enough to go around and it’s best that you subsist on just a teensy fraction of what would make your life glorious.”

So I’m really on a campaign now. I WILL NOT LIMIT THE UNLIMITED. I want to be a shining example of having it all, which is really just saying allowing what already is to be present in my life. I want to lift my vibration so high that in doing so, I lift all of you with me. How does that sound to you? Like one fun game, or what?

Affirm often: I WILL NOT LIMIT THE UNLIMITED!

Sincerely, Joni
