MY BRACELET (October 2005)

We come to understand that we are all connected to All That Is, therefore the Law of Attraction is always operative.

Let me give you an example of this:

Our underlying beliefs, thoughts, vibrations are always, 100% of the time, drawing to us those things that are "a vibrational match". For example, when you are feeling fabulous, you generally attract more and more fabulous people, experiences, events and ideas. And of course the opposite is true. (If you have not yet read, Excuse Me Your Life Is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn, now is the perfect time to do so! It will enlighten you so much on how this law works all the time. Ms. Grabhorn takes all of the information directly from Abraham-Hicks.)

One day, I got up and did not feel like my normal up self.  I had not slept well and just didn't feel as serene, calm and happy as usual. I had made an appointment to have a test done, which would reveal some aspects of my body/emotions, etc. I knew I did not want to do it at that time, and felt very nervous. Naturally, the reading was negative for me. At first I was going to react, but then, a trusted friend pointed out: "Joni, the test revealed your fears at that moment." OK, so it reminded me how powerful I am in mirroring back to me the fears in my subconscious mind, albeit those that I did not want.

Whew....I left feeling very disconcerted. I'd made an appointment to meet a couple of friends at a restaurant/bar in Hermosa Beach which is filled with drinking/partying 20 year olds. We had a good time. I wore one of the most beautiful, very valuable pieces from my mother's jewelry collection: a gorgeous bracelet.

The next morning I realized that I didn't have the bracelet!!! Yikes, I thought, what if I dropped it in the restaurant or on the street? Believe me when I say, that this particular establishment  is the LEAST LIKELY PLACE where one would expect to find, honorable, high integrity individuals! It's a party zoo!!!

I quickly called and told a woman about the loss of the valuable bracelet. She sighed..."Ooohhh, let me get a manager."

The manager came on the phone and asked me what it looked like, and he said: "We put it in the safe."

Oh my goodness, here again is the Law of Attraction!!! I believe I am honorable, would not steal from another and somehow in the midst of all the goings on at the bar, someone matched me on that level and turned the bracelet in.

So in your life, if you are confronting unpleasant situations, always always go within to change the effect. Return to that still, small place inside and affirm often:

I am Perfect. My body and my world are peaceful, vibrant, safe and serene.
